Located in Central Alberta Canada aside beautiful Sylvan Lake.  We provide an opportunity for youth within the SLMHA boundaries (as outlined by Hockey Alberta) to participate in a structured hockey program, and to create opportunities and valuable life experiences in hockey by providing exceptional leadership and service. SLMHA will endeavor to fulfill this aim by operating teams in all divisions that will be developmental, equally competitive, and fun. It is the Association’s goal to create an environment that supports the learning of skills in a safe, fun, and supportive community atmosphere.

SLMHA is the proud home of the West Central Hub.  The West Central Hub is a dynamic collective of 7 neighbouring Minor Hockey Associations brought together to provide an exceptional AA hockey experience at the PeeWee, Bantam and Midget levels.  The HUB is also home to the West Central Wildcats, our Female Hockey Teams.  Check out more information at the HUB's page!
